What time are Check-in and Check-out?

Check-in time is 3:00 pm, Check-out 10:00 am. Check-in is until midnight. If you check in after 0:00am, it will incur additional costs.

Is the Internet available?

Two large screen Apple computers are free to browse the Internet any time. If you bring in your lap-top, through Wi-Fi, you can connect without any trouble in your own room..

Is smoking allowed?

All rooms are non-smoking. However, we do have designated smoking area on each floor, which is outside of the hall.

Do you offer handicapped rooms?

Yes, we have a limited number of handicapped room with appropriate accessible equipment.

What is the reception opening hours?

The reception is open 24 hours and our colleagues will be at your service day and night.

Is it possible to book spa treatments online?

Yes, spa treatments are also bookable like breakfast and other meals, if available.

What is the maximum guest capacity for rooms?

Two guests for double rooms, two guests for twin rooms, and three guests for deluxe rooms. One child is allowed to share a bed in addition to these

Is there a laundry within the facilities?

Yes, there is (fees additional).

Are pets allowed to stay in the hotel?

No, pets are not allowed.

Is luggage storage available before check-in and after check-out?

Yes. However, please note that storage is only available when there is space to accommodate luggage.
